That'...Nope, 8.30pm is an awesome time for bed!!<br />That's about my bed time. In saying that I get up at 5am, lol.<br /><br />Top idea to get the bike out. Fantastic exercise. Good for the legs as well :)<br /><br />The standard aim for exercise cals is normally about 2000cal a week.<br />In saying that, I burn closer to 3600 a week (averaging over 4000 at the moment, but in saying that I am "in training" not in weight loss mode)<br /><br />Sometimes you need to lay off the exercise a little for the weight loss, and concentrate on the food, otherwise you will get those wicked cravings...
